Teeth Care
1. Avoid Dark Beverages and Tobacco
Brushing techniques
Since everyone's teeth are different, see me first before choosing a brushing technique. Here are some popular techniques that work:
- Use a circular motion to brush only two or three teeth at a time, gradually covering the entire mouth.
- Place your toothbrush next to your teeth at a 45-degree angle and gently brush in a circular motion, not up and down. This kind of motion wears down your tooth structure and can lead to receding gums, or expose the root of your tooth. You should brush all surfaces of your teeth - front, back, top, and between other teeth, rocking the brush back and forth gently to remove any plaque growing under the gum.
- Don't forget the other surfaces of your mouth that are covered in bacteria - including the gums, the roof and floor of your mouth, and most importantly, your tongue. Brushing your tongue not only removes trapped bacteria and other disease-causing germs, but it also freshens your breath.
- Remember to replace your brush when the bristles begin to spread because a worn toothbrush will not properly clean your teeth.
- Effective brushing usually takes about three minutes. Believe it or not, studies have shown that most people rush during tooth brushing.
Best pedicure at home
The first one is to get a toenail clipper and cut your nails evenly. Do not trim your toenail too deep for they can cause ingrown. Most importantly, do not share your nail clippers to anybody, foot fungus can spread easily.
Next, file your toenails straight across, do not do the “sawing” motion.
Thirdly, soak your feet in a warm and sudsy water.
Add some bath salts, bubbles, into the bathtub and soak for about 5-10 minutes.

Eye Shadow for Eyes
Browns - When seeking eyeshadow for brown eyes, it might seem like brown would be a self-defeating color. But in fact! It is one of the more easily used colors as an eye shadow! Just avoid a flat brown as it will not do your eyes any favor and will give them an ugly sunken in look instead. Find some shimmer and use a lighter cream color or even gold to highlight. Just be sure not to use a color to close to your own eyes or skin, brown does not need to be complimented with the same color of brown. Again it is self defeating. Find a shade a bit lighter or a bit darker and you will be all set. Something like beige, tan, chocolate, cream and even taupe are better for plain brown eyes. You can also go with a Mahogany, gold, copper or amber but more of a highlight to another color rather than the main color.
Greens – Green is a great eyeshadow for brown eyes, more so if your eyes are a bit more hazel then brown. A smoky green like olive, khaki or even porest green can give a nice sexy look to your eyes. Brighter greens can be used for a more “fun” look as well. Something that works well that you will not see too much also is a gold-green eyeshadow, something to look into.
Blue – Blue eyeshadow can be very fun. Not only that, but brown eyes wear this color the best. But at the same time the wrong choice of blue can happen. With the right choice it can really make those brown eyes sparkle! Try looking at crystal and baby blues and be gentle in your application. Blue is best done lightly.

Belly fat
The fat accumulated in and around waist line is the one which disturbs your look and is extremely prominent. It starts with your diet and you can finish it with your diet. Just what is required is the correct information about the nutrients and their complete effect on our body.
The diet which we take has literally all the essential nutrients in it. Along with the essential substituent we also have substituent that leaves certain bad results on our body. One such substituent is calorie. All the high sugar content food products contain calories. Even the carbonated drinks have a huge amount of calorie into it. Unknowingly we consume a lot many products that have high calories into it in a single day. This excess calorie gets deposited and serves as the additional fat in our body.
As the time passes on this visceral fat becomes tough to get rid of. Therefore as you notice the fat on your waist line, start taking measures to reduce it. The initial step should be to stop the consumption of the extra calories in your diet. This calorie constitutes the saturated form of fats. This saturated fat is the one which is of not much importance and gets collected. The other form of fat is the unsaturated fat which is used to carry out energy involving process. This is useful and does not accumulate.
Perfect French Manicure
1. First, exfoliate your hands massaging them with a small amount of abrasive cream. Rinse with water and dry completely. One of the main causes of dry hands is inadequate drying hands after washing.
2. If they are fragile and tend to crack, keep them smooth over the round edges. When filing your nails, move the nail file in only one direction, from outer corner to center. Choose a nail file to smoothen the surface.3. then wrap them in a warm towel and relax for 15 minutes. Uncover and then push the cuticles using a rubber stick. Never use cuticle scissors that can cut your skin. Rinse the hands with warm water and dry them completely to remove all traces of oil.
4. This will help strengthen the nails. Some products extend imperfections, leaving smooth surface for applying nail polish.
5. For square shaped nails, drag a straight line along the upper edges of the nail, and for the round nails follow their curve. Some manicure kits contain strips to guide the application of nail polish. When applying, position your hand on a flat surface and keep the other hand still, same, on the same surface, so you won’t have any inconvenience with “hand shaking”. Leave to dry.
